Welcome to Paper Crafting World and Cooking With Cricut's 2nd Blog-Aversary and our week long celebration! Each day this week (May 19-26) we will be bringing you fabulous projects made by our Design Team members. We have some GREAT blog candy as well as some daily file and graphic give-aways -- so you will definitely want to make PCW-CWC your daily stop every day this week!
Our theme for today is Tiaras or Crowns!
King of my Heart from PCW was just so cute - and it had a crown - so it fitted this challenge so well!
I coloured the image with Copic markers then cut it out. I added Kindiglitz to the crown and the rose.
I layered the image onto two label dies that I cut, embossed and inked with distress inks.
The corner pieces and the tag for the sentiment were cut using the Moroccan Accents Shapeabilities dies. I added a stamped sentiment from my favourite Hero Arts words set and attached the tag to some brown ribbon before adding it to the card.
I made the card base from kraft card and edged it with vintage photo distress ink after rounding the corners.
Please head on over to Cooking with Cricut to see what gorgeous things the other DT members have done for today!
